They offer a subscription with a one time payment for 6-12 months. That subscription is actually a payment per month.
I asked to cancel because of the misunderstanding and they refused even though their website is clearly deceiving.

This company is a fraud. Cancelled subscription multiple times and they still charged my credit card. They offer a product that is sub-standard and charge way too much for what you get. Customer service is virtually non existent. Stole money from my credit card and told me they will do it again. DO NOT BUY Woofpack boxes.
