Saw the ad on Facebook, said 30 day money back guarantee and that the product would ship from Canada and arrive within 3-15 days. Product came directly from China after 30 days, damaged, and did not look the same as what was described on the website; I have tried to contact for refund and the email is keeps getting returned. I used this same email address to contact customer service when my item did not arrive. I received two emails from them with tracking information, but when I send an email to discuss return/refund and it no longer works. There is only one email address on the website. The website has changed from something that said www.canadian-direct- or something similar to woofixy.com
