Judy Goff emailed me about an apartments that I had inquired about through craigslist. She asked me to provide personal details at first and was very quick with her responses. She told me that I had already been approved for the application despite me just sending over basic contact information? She suggested if I wanted to reserve the apartment to send the first and the last months rent of $1300 so the property would be in my name until the move in?? Apparently the unit was not available for a viewing as the current tenants, a man and his 6yro child were living there but were moving out as his wife died from childbirth - very similar to stories I’ve seen online
