I had been receiving emails from "word press" for more than 2 years concerning questions needing to be answered on my company website. I searched online to find a contact for "word press" and called this company, believing I was speaking with the sender of these emails. I explained what was happening, and immediately the man said that my website was not protected with GoDaddy and should be migrated immediately to obtain protection. Within minutes, he had migrated my website and charged my business account for nearly $1,500 dollars. When I told him I didn't feel right about this transaction and wanted to restore my website to my original host, he said that I had to pay them $800 to get my website back. I could not afford this amount. I have never been able to restore my website. I am effectively out of business without a website. It will cost me thousands to restore my website and my business, something I cannot afford to do. I had to close my business account credit card and dispute these charges to stop the payments being made. When I researched this company, I found numerous similar complaints - losing websites, losing money, and horrible customer service. This business is a scam!
