I looked up Wordpress Help, and www.wpvideotutorial.com was the first result, so I clicked on it and called the number on the screen, which was 408.216.7361. I told them the issue with my wordpress website, and they told me to fix the problem I would need to pay $99.

They said I didn't have to give credit card information over the phone, but that if I gave them my email, they would send me the bill electronically. I obliged, and then they directed me to their website.

Once they redirected me back to their website to input my information, and not the actual wordpress website, I realized it was a scam.
