Offered really good hourly wage to accept packages and resend

- Miami, FL, USA

They advised I would be shipping packages, set up a whole profile and sent documents that seemed legit. I did the job and never received the money nor could never get in contact with anyone.

- Fayetteville, NC, USA

I was contacted through email about a job opportunity saying my resume was found on Indeed.com by a company recruiter that aligned with what they were looking for. The job was home based employment purchasing equipment and repacking if needed and sent to other addresses using their labels ect.. in the initial 2 week training period. This was a base salary of 110k with potential bonus commissions of up to 15k/month. I was sent the job offer, detailed job description and a brief history of Canna Global Inc history with an I-9 Form to return upon acceptance of the job. I spoke to the (supervisor) Emma Harris on two occasions and didn't notice any red flags. The initial contact with me was around two weeks ago up to this point. I did my own research on this scam so I didn't lose anything other than getting pissed off for trying to get scammed by these scums.

The Scam is - You get offered a job at $3,500.00 a month (all via email - maybe one short pretend interview - all they want to know is do you have a Dr. Lic.) You will be a "Shipping Agent" You agree to allow your address to be used by vendors shipping products. They ship to you, and you remove all labels - upload pictures of the original label, the Clean box, open the box take a Pic of the product. After you upload the Pictures (they give you a PW-protected website to upload Pics and see via tracking #s pkg coming). They send you a link to a new Label; you print it, attach it and go drop it off at UPS, FedEx, or USPO.

What's really happening - you are helping them STEAL deliveries (usually high Tech stuff (laptops, and a-like). You do not get paid; if they do send you a check, it will bounce. With your 1st Pkg reshipped, you become part of the crime.

*You will be asked to fill out a W-2 and an I-9 employment forms [ Very Normal ]

*You get paid via Direct Deposit. So, you'll be asked to give them your Bank checking account Routing and Account numbers. [ also very normal ]

*Be Warned - Everything about them looks very legit, website, your log-in page, Message Board, employee manual you're asked to study, Uploading rules, all of it.

I was emailed to apply and quickly got a phone interview. I was emailed paperwork and texted to remember to fill out the paperwork (multiple times). I filled out a W4, and I9, and signed a 1 year contract with a 1 month probation. I had a package on my list with in a day after being hired on. I received 4 packages and had to take the old postage off and send pictures of the boxes, if there was damage to the box then I would open it up per the request of the company. Maria even called me and walked me through everything that first time. All seemed legit. The website even had my payday listed there so I knew when I was getting paid. I was supposed to get paid after my first month of working there then get paid every 2 weeks after that first paycheck. When I checked my account on the 25th of May (my payday) there was nothing. I messaged Maria and she messaged back that if was going to be processed the next morning. The next day there was still nothing in my account, so I waited until Tuesday. Still no payment, so I messaged Maria again about getting paid, I can see she has seen my message, but she is not responding to any of my messages. I also have a package not on my list, which she is not responding on what she wants me to do with that either. She has completely ghosted me. I did inform her that I have given the package to my local pd and have contacted the FBI and stated that this was clearly a scam.

Was contacted by a fake name Paul Freidman and Maria Peirera was the other fake. Be careful they use different names I am sure. I went ahead and spent 2 weeks processing there packages until they were on to me since I would not forward them. They then ignored me and went on to there next victim since I was not going to re-ship stolen packages. This cannot last long and anyone that falls for this scam I am sorry and just know that these people are the worse breed of humans alive!!

- Hallandale, FL, USA

I was contacted by this company in January 2023, and hired as a Quality Inspector in February 2023. I signed an employment agreement and filled out a W-

4. I completed the 30 day evaluation period, and was paid $460 via check and ACH. The agreement was for $3200 monthly salary to receive, inspect, and mail packages. I was scheduled to be paid on April 24 and have not received payment. Now I can no longer access the customer relationship management system, which listed work orders and was the method for communicating with the manager, James King.

Received an email after applying for lots of jobs. Job title “shipping agent” monthly wage of $3,500 plus reimbursement for expenses. Then received a call interview and after the call they sent a link for uploading DL, W4, I-9, and a contract. Job was contigent on me passing criminal background check. I submitted the information and a few days later called my HR representative back and he answered the phone like it was his personal number-no greeting. That made me very uneased so I started looking for information about the company on ScamPulse.com site and found there was scam reported recently.

I applied for a job on Zip Recruiter for a work from home position and I received an email from Jessica Bone ([email protected]) basically offering full time quality control associate position to me and told me to apply using the application link. I applied and then received separate emails from the the hrdept email (Sarah Allen was this ladies name) and all the information that I have gathered about the company has all characteristics of a Reshipping Scam. I did not further proceed for I didn't want to give out even more information that could be used to hurt me.
