I received a bill that looks almost exactly like the NYS bills for businesses to file their (our) biennial filing fees. It's intentionally tricky and disguised to look like official mail, even though it mentions, in a way that they KNOW people will just skim over, that it's not a government agency. But they know exactly what they're doing. The business seems to be located in a warehouse or storage facility or something. TOTAL SCAMMERS--and looks like they've succeeded in staying around for years. And it's creepy that they have my info. Why can't these ******* be shut down?

Received a "Biennial Statement Instruction Form" for 2021. Company claims to file an LLC biennial statement on behalf of your company and tries to charge $100 when the actual fee is only $9.00 every two years. The form is deceiving as it looks almost identical to the form sent from the government.
