On April 8, 2024 I ordered a shirt online 2 weeks later had an email stated my item was delivered but it was not. I started tracking the item and ups said to call the shipper to file a complaint so I can get my money back. I emailed the business stated what happened and got an email stating they would ship a new item out no charge. I waited about 3 weeks now its middle May and emailed where is my item with a generic automated response stating thank you will get back to you. Which they never did after 6 attempts with the company and 4 with the delivery service with no avail.
