This is definitely a scam. My family is looking for a teacup yorkie & came across this company online. It’s now listed as Wincy Yorkie’s Home. The website looks legit & they respond quickly. A person claiming to be Shelley Beckett responded saying they were giving the dogs away for adoption & wanted to make sure they got a good home. She asked about our family & said we would be paying for the dogs, just the transport fees of $500 to have the dogs shipped. That was the first red flag for me because we were looking to purchase the dogs & willing to pay much more. As I always do when dealing with a new company, I looked them up on the BBB website & found complaints of a scam. We did not send any money. I emailed them back & told them that we are aware of the scam & requested no additional contact be made with my daughter.
We have made the decision to purchase from a breeder where we can physically go to the location for the financial exchange & to retrieve the dog. Please beware of scammers. Always check reviews & complaints.

On 8/26/20, my friends were looking for a new puppy online. They had just lost their yorkie of 12 years. They found one and were in contact with the owner, who said she lived in Washington State. The woman said her name was Shelly Beckett. She said she didn't want any money for the puppies, she just wanted them to go to a good home but that they would have to pay the Courier Fees. Many other ads on the web, stated the same thing so we thought that was ok. So, the woman put them in touch with the Courier. WorldAnimalDelivery.com. We went out and checked out the website and everything looked legit. They called and were then sent an email on how to send the money via Zelle and then the dog would be shipped. It was going to be $600. They did not have a zelle account so I used mine via TD Bank. Prior to sending the money, we checked out the different phone numbers and emails to make sure it wasn't a scam. So, while he was on the phone with the courier, we sent the money and they requested the receipt be emailed back to them and they confirmed they received it. They said they would call back, once the flight was set and we hung up. I continued doing just a little more research because I had noticed I hadn't checked one of the emails and BOOM, we see scam come up. I immediately notified the bank because the zelle payment was still in pending status. Unfortunately, the bank did nothing and the money was sent.

Here is the information we checked regarding this scammer:

Was out on internet looking for a new puppy. Found one and contacted the person via email. Her name was Shelley Beckett. She lived in Spokane WA and I live in Boynton Beach FL so I needed to have the puppy shipped. She said she would provide that information and I would deal with them for the payment. She sent me the number to call: ***** ********  I was then sent an email from *************************, World Animal Courier and was instructed via an email to send $600. My friend had a zelle account so we chose that method. We were instructed to send it to: Ka*** **** ***********************). All along the way I was sensitive to a possible scam because it had already happened once but there were no red flags on Shelley ******* or Kayla **** or even World Animals so I thought I was safe. I didn't check *************** until after and that is when I saw SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I did report to my bank immediately.
