They announced a puppy in mercadolibre.com. I got into contact via WhatsApp with the person, and I paid $5000 pesos and then she said I would pay the rest once the puppy was in my home. That gave me some confidence that it was not a scam.. but oh boy, it was... She told me she hired "worldcarepettransport.com" for the shipping, and then this page sent me a mail saying there was a problem with the crate = "URGENT VENTILATED ELECTRONIC CRATE REQUIRED" and said i had to pay $11000 pesos inmediately... The email looked super unprofessional so after that my suspiscious started.

The person contradicted herself many times.

They said the puppy will get to my house today... But I do not understand, she says I have to pay another $7000 thousand when the puppy gets home. But I never paid the $11000 pesos for the crate... it´s very confusing. They contradicted themselves a lot.

I know I will never get a refund... they are criminals after all... I just fear they will threaten me with many more charges

I have plenty of evidence against them.

Saw a post on facebook from Dready Malone who claimed she lives in Pheonix, AZ and just received a male capuchin monkey from Ramsen Miris (918) 928 2653, and posted that the female still needed to be adopted. First off primates are illegal In the state of Arizona and that is illegal pet trafficking. We contacted the number in her post and got in touch with the man who claimed he would ship the monkey to us yesterday 9/5/2020. After paying him $500 of the required $750 we did not receive the monkey. We were unable to contact them until he called us back at 12:30 at night. Ramsen claimed he had no clue what happened and the monkey was with the shipping agency, worldcare pet transport. First off this is animal abuse to leave a baby animal all alone and without care. Next thing we know after contacting Ramsen in the morning 9/6/2020 he claimed the animal was still at the shipping agency. George Helton was the person we were able to contact apparently from the agency and he sounds a lot like Ramsen does on the phone. He is trying to ask for more money and claiming the animal has already been shipped one second and then the next second claiming he is working on it. This entire thing is a huge scam and these people Dready Malone, Ramsen Miris, and George Helton, all need to be investigated along with the company WorldCare Pet Transport.

World Carpet Transport tried to scam me out of $950 for puppy insurance. I just happened to google them only to find out that it was a fraud. They are using the name similar to World Care Pet transport. I asked them how should I pay for the shipping and the person sent me this: pay with Zelle cash app. Use [email protected]. He is using the name Tristan Henderson. I did not send money because by then I knew it was a scam.

They took my wife for $450.00 price of dog she used amazon gift cards at their request all done on messenger. Then she received an email wanting $850.00 the puppy needed a Vet.shots and a ventilated box to be able to fly. When she didn't answer their email they threaten to sue.

The site EXCLUSSIVETEACUPPOODLE.COM is also in on the scam. I am stage 4 terminal cancer with an unknown prognosis because of the rarity of the cancer. I talked to my parents and they wanted a puppy also, so they initiated the purchase of 2 puppies. 1 for me and 1 for them. 1 to be shipped to Florida and 1 shipped to Virginia. Got to World Carpet Transport using the website (pty.globalcourierservice.org) and they are charging $1500 for insurance per puppy claiming it was required by law. Luckily I’m a former Federal Police Officer and know how to do some research. When the initial issues started for example requiring Vanilla Visa Gift cards purchased at CVS to be used for purchasing the puppies. Luckily it was a Friday when they were given the numbers, so when it started to get fishy I contacted my parents to have them contact Vanilla and put a hold on both Visa Cards.

I SENT EMAIL TO DENISE L KIBLIN AT WEBSITE [email protected] home in Washington,DC. THE WEBSITE HAS 50% OFF ON PUPS WHICH WAS $550.00. i WAS ASKED SOME QUESTIONS 1-HAVE I EVER OWNED A YORKIE BEFORD. YES I HAVE 2. HOW SOON WOULD YOU WANT TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. DENISE SENT ME A VIDEO WITH MISSY PLAYING WITH HER HAND OR SOME FELMALE WITH A TOY. DENISE SENT ALSO PICTURES THAT WHAT SHE WOULD BE SENDING WITH MISSY.DENISE REQUESTED WESTERN UNION PAYMENT OF $550.00 WHICH I DID. DENISE THEN SENT MY TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP DOCUMENT. I WAS THEN INFORM THAT SHE WAS TAKING MISSY TO THE AIRPORT TO BEGAIN HERE JOUNERY TO COLUMBIA SC.

i WAS NOTIFIED BY RICHARD LIFFLON WHICH HAD A FOREGIN SPEAK AND HIS EMAIL HAD WORLD CARPET TRANSPORT PHONE# 1-325-244-8531SAYING THAT I NEEDED TRAVEL INSURANCE ON MISSY IN THE AMOUNT OF $950.00 AND THIS WAS 100% REFUNDABLE WHEN MISSY WAS DELIVER TO ME. PER RICHARD I HAD TO PURCHASE VANILLA VISA PREPAID VISA CARDS FOR PAYMENT FOR THE INSURANCE.

AFTER RICHARD LIFFLON VERIFIED CARDS, HE ADVISED THAT MISSY WOULD BE ON LAST FLIGHT OUT OF WASHINGTON DC AT 10:00 PM AND WOULD LAND IN KENTUCKY AT 1:30 AM AND THEN mISSY WOULD ARRIVE AT COLUMBIA SC AIRPORT THIS MORNING AT 7:30AM AND STAY CLOSE TO MY PHONE THE DELVERY PERSON WOULD BE CALLING FOR THE DELIVEREY OF MISSY. I DID NOT GET MISSY AS PROMISED AND WAS TOLD BY RICHARD LIFFLON THAT MISSY WAS HELD UP IN KENTUCKY DUE TO A PREMIT I NEEDED TO GET HER HERE TO COLUMBIA SC. I INFORMED RICHARD LIFFLON THAT I WAS ON DISABILTY FIXED INCOME.DENISE L KIBLIN AND RICHARD LIFFLON HAD TAKEN ALL MY MONEY AND I TOLD HIM I DID NOT HAVE MORE MONEY. RICHARD TOLD MR MISSY WOULD BE QUINTINE AND I WOULD BE CHARGE FOR ANIMAL CRUDETLY AND BE CHARGE AND MAYBE TO JAIL. I DID CALL THE KENTUCKY AIRPORTS TO SEE IF I COULD FIND HER. THE AIR POTS SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE A 1:30 FLIGHT AND NO PUPPY HAD BE QUINTINE AND THE PEOPLE THERE WOULD CALL ME. I CALLED RICHARD LIFFLON AND SPOKE TO HIM, LET HIM KNOW I FOUND OUT THAT DENISE L KIBLIN AND HE RICHARD LIFFLON HAD SCAMMED ME AND I WANTED ALL MY MONEY BACK. RICHARD LIFFLON SAID WHAT YOU GONNA DO? YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FIND ME AND THEN LAUGH.

there scammed us for $250 for a dog that they were gonna ship to me. then the "world carpet transport" business that was suppose to ship the dog told me i had to pay $690 to insure the dog if it "died or got sick." we payed $250 + $690= $940 taken from us. The "company" kept us updated on the flight until the "dog" got to kentucky, and they said it had 10 expired papers and no shots, so it was in quarentine until we paid $1200 to get its shots to sent it to my house. They tried to guilt me in by stating i will be charged with abandonment fees, if i don't pay the $1200. they keep scamming me for more and more money.

never got the refund or the puppy.

i have full emails and text messages from both people.
