Returned product within the 90 days allowable for full refund, but refund never showed up on my credit card.
Contacted global commerce three different times, each time told it would be a different amount of time until the refund showed up. The last time I contacted was three days ago, and I was told it would be ticketed to a supervisor, and I would hear back within 72 hours. Didn’t happen, and now, when I attempt to call the number, I can’t get through; the call fails; suspect I have been blocked.
