This is a scam. I saw on a Daniel Radcliffe fan page (didn’t know at the time) and saw a post that said “the face you make when you get a free wand” and was like omg no way so I went on the website and it looked pretty legit so I asked my grandmother to get it for me for my birthday and she said “alright”...I feel really bad, it’s only £10 but she could’ve gotten food with it or something so I feel really bad now. Note to fellow teens, don’t order from websites you don’t know you could get scammed and if you do you might feel bad as well, stay safe!?
Well after all these months of no replyes, website down, money flying, here we are, son learned the lesson not to trust everything from adverts and father should know better . . .
This website is a scam!
I thought it was legit ’cause I saw it on an account with many, many, many followers.
But apparently I was quite wrong.

After I made the order, I noticed that the Promotion timer is resetting to 20 mins every 20 mins so I checked the website and I found that almost every item is free on it. I’ve sent various emails and used their support email. Never got an answer back, the tracking doesn’t even work and you’ll never hear from them. Be careful! Their website is a complete SCAM!
Je confirme que world masks est une grosse arnaque! Le procédé est scandaleux! ils passent effectivement par de fausses pages instagram comme celle de Daniel Radcliffe pour propose des soit-disant objets gratuits!
et impossible de se retourner après!

1 month later the limited time offer is still up and WOW, still only 97 claimed. The email to contact: [email protected] has no response. The email under the refund page : [email protected] is FAKE. who the hell knows who lives at address provided : 9941 OLD LOCKHART HIGHWAY, Austin TX 78747, United States
Save your money find local REAL vendors on etsy. I will be reporting this page to as many sites as I can.
I made an order for a Nobel collection wand after Daniel posted they are doing a 100 wand give away, of course Daniel Radcliffe is very famous so I trusted his Instagram account and I bought a wand and didn't look back.
After I made the order, I noticed that the timer is resetting to 20 mins every 20 mins and the time is kept repeating itself and the number of wands after they became 94 wands sold they return back to 80 wands every 20 mins, so I checked the website and I found that every item is free on it literally every item.
and there was a lot of signs that this is a scammer website like all the fake comments on the items and there's not enough in the about us section and I sent a mail to the provided email and of course they didn't reply and after 24 hours Daniel Radcliffe has deleted the post of the giving away free Noble collection wands and I sent messages to him in the Instagram and he didn't reply.
also worth noticing that they didn't make any verification to my email or my number I didn't even create an account it was just a form I filled.
I want to know who gets benefit from this and what should I do?
Placed an order with World Masks on April 27th 2020 with an order total of $19.95 which covered the shipping costs. Have yet to receive an order confirmation and have tried multiple times to email the seller whose email information is listed as [email protected] within the SHOP app. On their website they do have a lack of any contact information as stated in the previous person's complaint. Link to World Masks was advertised through Instagram on the page of Daniel Radcliffe -- the actor who portrayed Harry Potter.

Earlier today on Instagram, National Geographic posted that WorldMasks was giving away free mask, while supplies last, you just had to pay shipping. Trusting the credibility of National Geographic, I went ahead and ordered four (4) mask, paying $34.95 for shipping. I was told that I would receive an order confirmation, which I've yet to. Fortunately, I took screenshot of my order as a precautionary measure. After sharing the info with others, I started to dig into their site and the 'About Us' and 'Return Policy', not to mention the lack of an actual contact info made me begin to think that this was a scam. I'm unsure what our options are as I've never been scammed before, but wanted to bring it to your attention, in hopes that it spares others. Besides the email above, I also found this email on their site [email protected]. If this was a scam, not only were were victimized, but so was our family and friends.
