I paid for the book order over 2 weeks ago and when trying to contact the website about tracking my order, I would get only sent to automated message saying someone would contact me within 48 hours. I did not receive any email with my concerns so I attempted to cancel the order. I was then sent an automated email saying I could not cancel my order because as soon as I place the order it automatically gets processed.

This feels like a scam and I demanded to be refunded immediately. Still no reply.
