The biggest scam ever. this company is ran by uneducated liar, scamming hopeless merchants. I'am one of the victim today. Early when I applied, my case was with a guy name Asher, then Jayce, then Harold. Soft and sweet speakers who does not speak proper English. He requested me to submit all my doc, then got approved in few days. I was very hesitant as have never seen a compliance team giving approval so much easily like that without asking required documents in this industry. I started processing with them, placed 20 % of my processing with them just to see the outcome. they have a dormant dashboard which never get updated. every payment display a payout date, eventhough I crossed payout date for most my transaction, status remained on pending. then finally, I decided to get in touch with them, they seems to be very polite and respond on skype, but never ever pay. one thing sure, they lied to me my payment was on the way from last one week, but never attained my account, then they told me bcoz your corresponding bank acc was missing, again told me wait for another 7 days it will come. they played me like a kid, but very uneducated people who cannot even lie properly. now they deactivated my account. im pasting the exact msg here: Dear Ms.,

This letter is notification of Temporary Disruption on service providing to your company: The effective date of the temporary service suspension is 18/4/2018.

Please note that we will be experiencing server maintenance to have a big update on our Backend Processor on the 18th, April 2018 due to routine Error Check and Upgrade Merchant Accounts Features. Kindly note that the Weekly Payout is still proceeded as usual and your money will be transferred to your Bank Account as schedule.

Our WPC's Gateway and Virtual Terminal will not be available during the upcoming time until everything is totally upgraded. We will keep you posted on the exact date when all WPC's platforms are back online as soon as possible. All of our Communication Channels are always online to answer any of your queries.
