I put down $300 which was half thru Zelle for a Rottweiler puppy that was supposed to be delivered the next morning. The next day I get a text from a delivery company saying they cant deliver puppy until I pay the balance. I pay the balance and a few hours later they call back saying I need to pay $868 for insurance for delivery to be made. I told them no way they said contact seller which I did . I contacted seller he promised money back and puppy. Haven't heard from since.

Had a verbal agreement with a dog breeder in reference to purchasing a puppy that I was supposed to pick up. The Breeder then took the puppy to World Trans Services without my knowledge then I was contacted by a so called employee to send $880 to transport the puppy. I then sent money and never received the puppy nor anymore communication with these said people after several attempts to reach the business and breeder to no avail. I was even given a tracking number which kept telling me it was pending. I have also filed a police report as well as contacted my financial institution to investigate this matter.
