This includes criminal background checks on the founders, examination of a company's financial statements, and may even interview a company's customers. This helps us weed out the fraudulent activity and make sure we only select the companies with the best possibility to succeed.
3. We Negotiate with StartUps: WWstartup will negotiate with startups we believe are pricing themselves too high so that our investors get the best value. If a startup won't compromise on a valuation, they may not get listed.

Position Overview: Write Proposal Letters for Companies.
Attract the investors and promote our products in the USA on behalf of a wide variety development companies.
Your work includes contacting potential investors regarding particular projects via the communication means (e-mail, phone);
discussion and explanation of all details of the proposed projects; assistance in a choice of the right projects for the investments,
ensuring of the convenient investment methods between investor and developer company.
We will provide you the database of the investors and companies with whom you will work.
Also, we are open to the partnership. If you are owner or co-owner of the company in the US we have special conditions of co-operation. That gives the opportunity to work with corporate investors.

Salary:
• Compensation paid to the Employee for the services rendered by the Employee as required by this Agreement (the "Compensation") will include a monthly salary with rate $8,000.00 plus an additional commission fee (5%) of the total processed investments.
