An internet order was made through www.homeapplianceguys.com and the merchandise name on the billing card referenced BLAFTTECHSALES. The charge was for $299.98 for two-(2) "8ft. Outdoor Pyramind Patio Heaters." Also, I received an unauthorized charge for $10 from WorldApplianceStore (which is affilated with aforesaid companies) too! I had called several times to obtain information on when delivery for products would be had only to keep hearing 2-5 days. And, I repeatedly then asked for a refund and they refused, saying the item is in route for delivery. BEWARE - IF YOU ORDERED A "PATIO HEATER" EXPECT TO BE SCAMMED AND AND GET A CHEAP TABLE TOP Electric 5-inch BLOWER! To add insult to injury, I attemptd to get charge reversed with Capital One Visa. Captial One Visa is the WORST and will ignore evidence presented by its card member that clearly supports that the Merchants committed a fraud and deception for financial gain. Capital One Visa Customer Service and Account Managers will ignore an overwhelming amount of information submitted evidencing the wrong being committed to its card members. Furthermore, Capital One Visa will request an overwhelming amount of information and documents from its card member (which was completed) only to summarily deny the dispute without providing any justification other than "it wasn't enough to overturn it." Thus, leaving its card member with the responsibility for paying for the fraudulent charge for product(s) NEVER received!
