I ordered a 8ft tall, propane powered patio heater. I paid them $174.94. There was also an additional $9.95 charge charged to my card by them immediately following the main charge. The charge on my credit card was TOBLAFTTECHSALES, REDDING CA. I did not receive my order by Christmas as the website promised but 2 weeks later I received a very cheap "desk top heater" that was worth maybe $20 max. I called their phone number which is very sketchy and goes to a voice mailbox. I left messages, sent several e-mails demanding my money back and then out of the blue I get ANOTHER $20 charge to my card. This time the name on my bank statement was "WORLDAPPLIANCESTORE" I didn't want to cancel my card in hopes that they would be issuing a refund, but I don't think that will happen. I do believe I've been had. People like this make my stomach turn. It's shameful really...

We were searching online for 2 patio heaters and found a site that seemed to have some availability. When we went to order 3 of them, of course after entering our credit card #, it went to an error message saying our credit card was delcined. We tried another card with the same message. There was no phone # listed to call and when we typed a message on their online help on facebook, they said "how can we help you?" Then never responded again after I got suspicious. In the meantime, both charges went through on 2 credit cards and one card alerted us immediately that this was suspicious and suggested cancelling the card. We cancelled both cards!
