I ordered 2 rocking lawn chairs from an ad on Facebook. These chairs were $24.99 each for a total of $49.98. I received an email confirming my order from service@paypal , which states I paid $49.98 to Ningxiang City Jianfang Department Store. I ordered these on June 11,2021. There was another email address of [email protected] on the purchase details. Today I received a package with 2 expandable foam things that are absolutely worthless!

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals and didn’t get size, color or quality (shown on line) that I ordered. I promptly requested a return form using the email and procedure that was given, but was not sent the form.
I am out more than $50 with worthless product because there is no way to return.

I ordered a minimalist coffee table and chairs and received a ‘cheap’ tablecloth.
There was no tracking information, I emailed them for a refund and never received a response.
I will definitely be more careful when ordering from Amazon now that they have so many sellers.
So disappointed that I fell for this scam.

I Got a 150 piece "miniature" puzzle in a 4" by 3/4" plastic tube in the mail.? Don't know where it came from or why I got it...nothing. in order for me to return it I need a reason, and a " order number" ( where do I get this?) I have three days to return! I can contact them at there email but is this for real? Feel it's to get more information on me! They value every single feedback!

I ordered a 4 Cylinder Full Metal Car Engine Assembly Kit Model from Stoamsi (a FACEBOOK vendor). I never received any tracking information. The only thing I received was an email confirmation (file attached). Today I received a small child's toy puzzel instead. (file attached). I'm starting to believe that this vendor is a scam artist. No tracking number and a cheap kids toy arrived instead.

I ordered a puzzle table with drawers and received a 6-in plastic tube that contained a 150 piece mini puzzle. I thought I read the ad thoroughly because I have been scammed in the past by an overseas company. I bought a drum and only received two drumsticks. They were happy to return my money if I paid to ship the item back overseas. The cost for that was crazy so I let it go. I think that's what they count on that you will just let it go. Lesson learned.. if it sounds too good to be true it most likely is. The outcome is I paid $19.99 for a 6-in tube of mini puzzle. After shipping I paid over $25 . the first picture is what I received and the second picture is what I was supposed to get
