I bought a Siamese kitten on FB from Mark Olivier for $410. He said he was busy and would arrange drop off. We were contacted by Worldwide Shipping requesting $500 for transport& $1000 for insurance that would be reimbursed. Paid it. Then $2550 for a city permit and $1025 for vaccination since the kitten had to stay overnight due to it being late in the day when we paid. Now they are requesting $2050 for an illicit stamp. Told them no, as I have no more money. Their response was they would have us charges for pet neglect. Stay away from these people!
