My husband,******* ******* was contacted by cellphone on 6/28/2024 by Brandon at 1-808-300-3982 or 3959/Tek Help Solutions/NL services,a company located in Canada. We have not heard of this company,and did not request their help.Brandon reported our computer had been hacked/compromised. Mr ******* agreed to sign on to laptop computer to review problems. Brandon showed him a "porn website",called "My Porn Bible" that was supposedly hidden in our files. Mr ******* was shocked about the porn website, so he agreed to have this company "clean up" or update our files to block spam websites for a 3yr contract-$450. The only useful verbal info provided was a suggestion to close down the computer at night to avoid hacking/spam. i notified Truist,our credit card company, to dispute the charge, and cancel the card. Please help resolve this problem.Thank you-****** *******
