I purchased items on Worthying.com All the sudden they said they shipped it and they never did. I followed the tracking and they gave me excuses repeatedly. Then they said they would refund me. Yet they never did with excuses that they needed to investigate. I purchased the merchandise on 01/26/2023 and still did not get a refund from them. They keep lying to me and today they blamed the bank but this is a lie and I called them out on their lies.

On (1/26/2023) I placed my order for 18 handbags on, www.worthying.com, where most bags were on sale for $3.98 & (2) were for $6.89. The site said that it would take approximately 20 days for my shipment to reach my home. As it was my first time ordering from them I used the tracking # they sent to my email along with my invoice (proof of purchase) to track the package every couple of days. I got concerned on (2/25/2023) a full month after my purchase the tracking information said that my package was stuck at LAX Airport for a whole week, no change. So I started a chat on Worthying to find out what was the hold up. They didn't respond until 2 days later letting me know their system said my package had been delivered. I asked how can that be when I know for a fact physically nothing has been delivered to my home plus the trckg # showed Los Angeles Airport & obviously I don't live there. They didn't respond for 3 days saying it might have been taken to my local post office & I should check. The problem is within 24hrs of suggesting I go to the post office the trckg # disappeared. I tried several times to pull it back up from my invoice & Nothing. So I asked them to resend the trckg # to which they replied they would refund 75% of my payment because this was costing their business. From my 1st contact to this point was 3 weeks because of their slow response. I took screen shots of conversations for evidence & sure enough after agreeing to refund all my money within 10 business days they deleted the chat. So I started a new chat & sent them the previous conversations to which they claimed I needed to talk to who I spoke to before to sort this out. That's when I had enough & decided to report their company in every reputable way possible.
