I put in an order on 06/29/2022 for a figure of $49.99. I reached out to them several times throughout the years and finally remembered their name and decided to report this to my bank. This sucks that they reached back out on 2022 stating their orders take 5-6 weeks. Now their website is down and no one answers.

Had an ad on Facebook selling figurines and having a sale. Went to the website to look at their selection and made the purchase. Money was taken out and a tracking number was sent within a week. However everytime I checked there was no movement on my order. I reached out via email and recieved no response. After doing further research I discovered that other people had been scammed by this shop as well.

I ordered statues from Wotakoi and they never arrived. I ordered them in 2022 and they kept moving the delivery date back. Then the last contact I received and their website says they were supposed to be delivered by 12/31/2022. They will not respond to any of my emails. I paid with a credit card for some and some others through my bank. I have not been able to get my money back.
