Received a call from 617-932-0778 and they stated I was being investigated and I needed to verify my address, place of employment & SS#. I let them know I was not going to give this out over the phone they would need to contact me by mail with all their information. He stated they were a mediation group and could not do anything until they received my information. Let me know that if I wanted to pursue this to contact an attorney which would cost more than the mediation. I hung up and did not give any personal information. In checking with my attorney I should receive legal documents stating I could have this settled in mediation. I am on the West Coast and this company is on the East Coast. Mediation would be a little difficult. These calls have come in on cell phone & my landline.
