Received a call from 947-666-7320 asking to speak to me when I asked who was calling he just said his name was John and it was a private matter. Again I asked who was calling and he asked me to verify my last 4 digits of my SS which they had I said no. Then said ok if your not comfortable verifying your SS is your birthdate which they also had and I wouldn’t verify and again asked who was calling they wouldn’t say but then asked if I would verify my address which they also had and again I said no. They never said which company or organization they were from so I told them I was reporting them to ScamPulse.com and hung up. I called the number back and John answered and I asked what company was I calling and he hung up.

Threatened I had a complaint against me. Said that I had to identify myself and they would give me a number to call and verbally threatened me I was refusing to accept the number and still did not say what was for I hung up.

These people tried to contact me before with other numbers. They stated I have been “verified by the Social Security number of the direct party”....

Tried to reach Hayneedle (888-880-4884) and mistakenly dialed 800-880-4884. They pretended to be the company I was calling for and when I asked to check on my order they told me their computers were down. They said since the computers were down for 3 hours they were offering a $100 gift card. I declined and hung up. I tried to call back and ask them the name of their company and they would not say. It was a man with an accent and I told him it was a scam. He said "What do you mean a scam, what is a scam?"
