We ordered a bouncy house for my child's birthday thinking this was a local company. Within 48hours we cancelled our booked service as I was alarmed by all of the "scam" reviews via yelp. The reviews were warning all potential customers of this company, the health safety of the bouncy houses they provided as they were exceptionally filthy, the rudeness and lateness of staff, no-shows (lots of reviews on no-shows) and more. I called and spoke to the same person who gave me the run around & didn't give us our reimbursement back as promised instead they scammed us out of money. The very thing I was trying to avoid happened to us too. I am sad for all of the happy occasions that fell short because a company like this is not doing business but rather just trying to take people's money and get away with it.
