An advertisement on FB which described dog toys for the “tough chewer”, replaced if torn. Customer service available. Ordered toys as they were “2 for 1” (with an additional $10 mystery box also ordered). Recieved mystery box. Received toys under separate cover. They were chewed and destroyed literally within 2 minutes of being unwrapped, by my two dogs. Attempts to call customer service are useless; no response from customer service to email. Ultimately spent $32 for two dog toys that were not at all what they were advertised to be.

The scam is false advertising and not following through. On this link, it says "if they rip it, we will replace for free." This is not true.

Below is the email I received from them after reporting the first toy my dog destroyed (with pictures). Yesterday, she destroyed the second toy I got from this company, so I sent another email with a picture. A shipping cost or otherwise minimum replacement order is false advertising as this is not known up front.

I'm sorry to hear that your dogs tore apart the toys you received. We understand your concern. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a toy replacement service. You can choose from more durable toy options such as nylon, rubber, or rope toys to replace the ones that were damaged.

We have two options available for you:

The website offers no mailing address or even general location. Per an internet search, the 813 area code returns to Tampa, Florida.

They advertise indestructible dog toys with money back guarantee and when you contact them after the toy is shredded they stop answering.

Company advertised a dog toy that could not be ripped. The refund policy stated if it was, return it for another toy or full refund. My dog tore it apart within an hour. I’ve tried calling, but the call keeps failing. I’ve emailed with no reply. After I purchased, I saw many complaints from other people who fell for the scam and lost money as well after their dogs ripped the toys.

I ordered "indestructible dog chew toys" from what I thought was PetSmart on 10/14/24 and received an email stating I would be getting another email soon with tracking information. As of 10/21/24 I had not received any further correspondence from them, so I sent two emails that day to the "support" email address provided on the website and in the email. There was no reply. Today I attempted to call the phone number listed but it's not a valid number. It's just a constant busy signal that hangs up immediately after it buzzes a couple of times.

Ordered product, received it, BUT did not meet promised guarantee of website description. Tried to 1) call 813-618-7527 - Google Voice and they never pick up - can only leave a voice message, 2) chat on website https://wowpetsmart.com with no agent connecting and 3) emailed [email protected] with no response or communication from them. Dog Toys for Heavy Chewers - Indestructible - - IF it rips, they will replace it free! - Guarantee of replacement for different toy - round the clock customer service - HA!!!! Toy Animal lasted 20 minutes!!!!
