I contacted this website to inquire for Customer Support for my website. My website is built on a tool called WordPress. Because this website is advertised as WordPress Support site, I thought it was related to WordPress. When I called them for support, they asked for my login information and to access my website via remote access. I gave them access to thinking that they are from the WordPress company. While on the login page, he looked for the code and got my password on my login page. His name is Kevin Mask which is from Indian descent. He speaks with thick Indian accent. While on my Bluehost account, he accessed my profile and get my personal info including credit card numbers. He also looked for the payments that I have made to Bluehost. After showing me a snapshot of my deleted website, he said if I need to restore my website, it will cost me $299++. He also asked if I want his company to host my website. At that point, I realized he was a scammer. So I told him no and hang up. It is dishonest. I have also reported the issue to my credit card company.
