I was contacted by Alfred Tucker for a Data Entry Clerk position with great compensation. I followed through with the onboarding process but realized that the interactions were shady in general. 3 times he set up an appointment with me to talk on the phone and missed every single one despite he was the one negotiating the time available. What seems like the onboarding process has taken about a month now and the way they handle their finances through checks is also suspicious.

They offered me a job with “WPromote”, and had me sign an employment letter, and a NDA. They sent me a check for $3,823.99 which I deposited, because it was supposed to be used for device purchases for the job. Now I have their money, but they want me to send it to different places and emails via Apple Pay, PayPal, and Zelle. I have already sent $500USD to the email [email protected]. I’m not sure what to do now.. I want to report the email but I don’t want legal issues.
