Claims to be a ATV/UTV Salvage Parts Dealer

Sold me a set of shocks for a ATV for $250.00, Claimed to have shipped them and provided a tracking number for International Express Carriers that looked legit. The tracking number did show the shipment but it turned out to be a fake shipping co website and after the delivery date had passed I inquired about the shipment and was told it was on hold for lack of Insurance payment and was told I needed to pay another $150.00 for insurance that was fully refundable by the driver in cash at the time of delivery. At this point I knew it was a scam and didn't pay them anymore money. The seller kept trying to convince me it was a legit deal thru multi text messages and when I told him I knew I had been scammed for the 250.00 and had no intention of giving the fake shipping co the 150.00 he blocked me from messenger and his Facebook store page. He was using the name Davon Kelley for the money transfer
