Dress was wrong size, but upon trying to return it, received this reply---SCAM SITE

...though upon evaluating your return request it appears that your order is ineligible for a refund. It looks like you checked out using a promo code for an additional 10% off. Per our "Returns & Exchanges" policy (see section titled: "Notes"), any items purchased using a discount code are final.

Do not buy from this website. It is a scam. They will send you a dress/clothing that looks nothing like the pictures and then tell you that you cannot return the item. Clothing is of very poor quality. They block/delete all negative comments on their Facebook page. The open, close, and then re-open every year under a different name- Oaklie & Bex 3 years ago, Sugar Rose Boutique 2 years ago.

Same here. The dress looked NOTHING like the pic. They don’t put up negative reviews 🤯

Wrenley & Brynn do not have a way to return products. The dress I received was a cheap version of what was advertised online. There were no size/material/washing instruction tags. There was a tear in the belt of the dress. They will not respond to my emails and they are only sharing positive reviews on their website (I submitted a negative review which they did not post, they have since posted another positive review).

Since this purchase, I read dozens of similar complaints from others on Facebook.

Shame on me for being a sucker on FaceBook. I ordered a dress from Wrenley & Brynn after seeing an ad. The quality of the dress I received was beyond disappointing. The dress I received in the mail looks nothing like the ad. It is a see through polyester mumu looking dress that was made to poorly mimic the advertisement. I reached out to customer support and they emailed me back very quickly to let me know it was ineligible for return due to the fact that a 10% discount was applied. I went on FB to leave a review and I’ve now been blocked on FB. I went to their website to leave a bad review, but my comment has not been loaded. At this point, I know the money is just a loss, but I want to warn other consumers this is a scam! I’d be happy to provide pictures.
