Clicked a link to buy shoes and bought 4 pairs of shoes and never received them. Working with customer support there is no phone number, no address, no actual person. Then when I looked up my tracking order a month after it was supposed to be delivered the page said order not found although it was not delivered. Emailed customer support and they are telling me it was delivered and they can only refund 60% because it costs them money and still haven’t seen even a 60% refund. I have reported this as a fraudulent transaction with my bank. Ridiculous!

I ordered shoes from a site claiming they had Hey Dude shoes on sale for 6.99 each. I ordered several pair and then immediately afterwards realized it was probably a scam. So I emailed the company and asked for the order to be canceled and they said it was too late and that if I wasn’t happy I could return them. Waited weeks still nothing so I emailed them back and said I wanted my money back and that I never received anything, They sent me a tracking number and assured me the product was on its way. I tracked it coming from China, then said package was delivered on July 9th and I never got the package. I emailed them again and they said check with neighbors which I had; and we live in a really small neighborhood that people know everything and know that no one else got my package: when I was emailed them again I demanded a refund in which they never answered.

I clicked on an ad for some hey dude brand shoes that were supposably a " flash sale" at huge discounted priced shoes. I realized after i purchased that i was a victim as soon as they sent email i knew i had been scammed. The email was not formatted correctly it seemed. And tracking # goes to an unknown page with no information about usps or fedex . It said "other" i knew i had been duped $30 . Do not order from this website!!
