I ordered a pair of shoes from Writeise on Facebook and it never arrived. I contacted them and at first they promised a refund and a free pair of shoes to compensate for the order that never arrived. Then I looked at the tracking information and it showed delivered. That was untrue.

The ad on Facebook appeared to be from a reputable, well known company (Hey Dude) however when the order was placed it took me to a different page for a business called Writeise. I was charged $56.66 for shoes. I tracked the package for a month. When it finally said it was delivered to my house, there was no package. I contacted customer support and they first wanted me to wait for yet another package, blaming the delivery courier. Then they offered a 50% refund, I declined. They offered a 70% refund and I declined again. They then said they would give me 100% refund but that it would take 15-25 business days to be put back on my debit card. I advised them I would be contacting the ScamPulse.com
