I made a purchase of 7 Hey Dude shoes from the above site when it popped up on TikTok on August 7th and never received them. I emailed them and they tried to get me to agree to have them send the order again or that they would refund me for one pair, since they couldn’t afford the whole refund of around $40. I declined and they said they’d process my refund. Well that never came either. They just keep sending me the same email over and over again stating that the ‘force majure’ being what it is, is delaying the process. I know I’ll never see the refund but wanted to warn others.

I saw a sale on HeyDude shoes on tiktok. I clicked on link to order them on August 3, 2024.. Shipping stated 1-3 shipping. After not receiving them for weeks, I reached out via email and requested a refund. They immediately emailed me back and stated that they are a legit company and they gave me a tracking number and tracking website. I have emailed back and forth over 10 times and they have stated they have shipped items twice and for some reason they are not being delivered. They have offered me a 70% refund but I have not received.
