I contacted this person on Craigslist for snow plowing and he stated he went by and sent me a quote. I agreed to his price he stopped and left a contract. I reviewed it and signed at which time he later came to pick up payment in full for the 2018/19 plowing season and gave me a receipt. After that he stopped responding to all calls and texts as well as emails. I have found others are reporting this happening to them and he seems to be giving different names William North but his last name may be Neville.
