I was suspicious, but replied that it was the wrong number.
A text was sent, apologizing. Unfortunately, I replied "no problem". They sent another text, thanking me for being nice about it. This was even more suspicious.
Then they sent a text that said "I'm Christina, from California, currently living in the Tiburon area of San Francisco, which city are you in?
I also noticed that the area code of the number is 970, which is Colorado.
At this point, I blocked the number and pressed the "mark spam" button on my phone, and reported this incident.
