Ordered a dress. Completely wrong dress was delivered. Wrong color, material etc. seemed like a counterfeit product. Reached out for refund. They said I’d have to pay to mail the item back to China but that if anything went wrong I wouldn’t receive a refund. Would not provide shipping labels.
