On October 29, 2023 via Instagram I placed an online order for a "Silver Snoopy Award" 50th Anniversary watch for $39.90, [email protected].
I got the mail from the above mentioned address saying the following: "Your payment of USD 39.90 has been approved and the transaction will appear as ferretkit on your bank statement" and, at least, that was true. They sent me a fake tracking number and so neither can I track it nor haven't received it so far. And never will, I understand.
The website is no longer available so I'd like to warn the others not to order anything from these people but would like to know whether it is possible to get the refund somehow.

On July 22, 2023 I placed on online order for 5 puzzles from RAVENSBURGER OUTLET STORE, [email protected]

As of November 12, 2023 I have not received the puzzles. I sent several emails and was received replies that the puzzles were on the way. I received a tracking number that led to TRACK718. My order did not show up. I was assured that shipping takes 40-50 days. According to the companies shipping policy " all items will ship within 1-5 business days). All orders ship via UPS." I neglected to read the shipping policy earlier.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Total SCAM- ordered a wallet- just like above delivered it says to a town not even remotely close to me. They returned my email once saying a refund would be issued- ha- not a thing and now it show CLOSED.

I bought Golf Clubs from this site never received them they were delivered to Darlington 🤔 (I live in Nottinghamshire) I asked for proof of signature nothing back, all I got was don't understand. So I ordered another set and a pencil bag thought was a different company but it wasn't same happened again grrr so this site is not real etc! Only 60 pounds all together but there doing that to 3,000 people it's a lot of money going yo China/Japan barstools, I tried through the tracking company they say to contact the seller.

Ordered puzzles a month ago still have not received. They say it is in customs clearing in New York. Want my money back when you go to check your order it says store closed. Will report to Better Business Bureau just a scam. Do not order from here.

I bought an electric scooter from the Factory Store Outlet for $45 and I waited for the order for about a month. They gave me a tracking number for the shipment to Turkey, and in the end they say it was delivered and I did not receive anything. I will put the email to the for the deceiver [email protected]

I orders 10 items from you and haven’t received them. Now when I click on your link it says the store is closed. I don’t want your puzzles, I want my money, and I want it now. You owe me $42.91 and not a cent less. If I don’t hear from you soon I’ll have to take more action.

On Facebook- ad for white Mountain puzzles at cheap cost. The puzzles shown are the exact ones that White Mountain Puzzle sells.

I ordered 2 Stanley cups for $5.99 each plus $9.99 shipping. They confirmed the order and sent a fake tracking number. They have you track it on track 17 or track 178. The "package" is eventually delivered to a town no where near where it was supposed to go. Customer service continues to insist it was shipped out. The website is no longer available and i cannot see the order details anymore. This is a scam.

An Instagram ad for Stanley cups came up. Father’s Day sale specifically. Ordered the cup from a link and after the payment went through the website, email, etc. disappeared. Links are no longer active and never received the product.
