Placed an order in September got a confirmation email. No further contact from the company. Payment was taken. Tried to email several times, but the website and email could not always be reached. End of November after several email, I finally got a reply saying they could not find the transaction and asked me to send more info about it. I sent them the whole confirmation email and they replied that they still could not find it in their system which indicates isn't theirs.
