BE AWARE! WTERNIT ARE SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE! Wternit.com is NOT a legitimate retailer!
They use a California Address and say the items are made in the USA but they are NOT! They will sent you trash and then spend days offering you "discounts" once you request a full refund! They give you a China address to return the item even when on the mailing label it says California!

I ordered a large, 2'-3', 3-Dimensional Sculpture and they sent me a small (6"), flat unidentifiable blob with sticks... trash! I have now escalated the issue to PayPal after days of back and forth negotiations (they are up to offering a 70% "discount") ...I informed them there is NO NEGOTIATIONS IN RETAIL, Wternit is clearly not a legitimate retail seller.

I wish I could include pics and screenshots of the ordeal they're putting me through for a simple transaction. They will fight to keep your money. I explained to them that Money (USD) aka "Legal Tender", it is a Legal transaction between a Buyer and Seller and make a deal legal/binding and when the Seller does not fulfill his end of the deal a full refund is in order. Wternit.com should be banned and all like them!

Thank you so very much it is such a cute little farie , too bad it was not what I order , it was a flate pice of metal and a round ball not what I excepted disappointed in the arthritis. Judy

The pictured sculpture in the ad was a delicate 3d wire fairy and a dandelion with seeds blowing out from the center.

I recieved a flat piece of metal for the fairy and a clunky dandelion. This is a textbook bait and switch scam.

Scammer uses a website https://www.wternit.com/ to advertise products for sale. I paid $80.97 for products that are of poor quality and not as they appear on the website. The website offers a return policy that says “Undamaged or non-defective products can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date purchased”, however they refuse to approve the return and refund. The company uses scam tactics such as, 1) they can only be contacted by an email address, [email protected], no phone number is provided, 2) they're using stall tactics, for instance repeated requests for a refund are continually delayed, first they wanted pictures of the products in their original shipping package before approving the return, when pictures were sent, they then offered, and I quote "a 20% refund of the item as compensation. Also, you don't need to spend extra time and shipping fee to return this item to our warehouse" and 3) they're using a fraudulent business address, 4435 Angie Dr, Los Angeles with no postal code, and that same address is also listed for a different company, Acme Tools, phone 1-323-493-0786, and postal code 90071. Product was shipped from 1000 Hight St, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861

They will send you the wrong and much less valuable item. They will ignore your email requesting the correct item and instead send repeated offers for a 20% refund to keep what they sent. The scam revolves around the number of people who give up on a refund, or accept a refund of 20% for nothing. I paid $139 for what was supposed to be (6) 3D metal sculptures 2-3ft tall. I was sent a number of small 6inch metal cutouts that are worthless.

Yard decorations illustrated as cute fairy figurines done by an artist. Artist will no longer be making them anymore. Big sale. $130 price marked down to $26. Buy 2 or more and free shipping. I ordered 3 fairy yard decorations. They were shipped from China. I received 3 flat cut outs, out of thin bendable metal. Nothing like pictured. Cheap knock offs.

I emailed them immediately upon receipt of the knock off decorations requesting a full refund. They’ve replied with a 20%, 25%, and lastest offer was a 35% discount and I wouldn’t have to return the junky decorations. I refused their offer and stated I wanted a full refund.

I continued to insist on a full refund. Thus, I was finally given an address (in China) to return the items.

I’m pretty sure this address is not valid, same as the one noted on their website at: 4435 Angie drive Los Angeles, California (no zip code noted).

In their emails with me, they continue to say if I choose to return the items, there is no guarantee they will be received back. Basically, they are hinting if I choose to return the items they will claim items weren’t returned and I won’t be issued a refund. Because the address provided is most likely fake.

FYI, I have disputed the charge through my credit card company but have not heard back from them on the status. Hope you can shut down their shady website. Thanks so much for your attention to this matter..
