Something didn’t seem right because they used 718tracking then when they said I would get it resent the use 618 tracking and I decided to look it up because my mother is the one who purchased said items and she ended up losing money because they said that because they tried to send it out they can’t refund her and they tried to say it was delivered again when it wasn’t again so they said because they shipped it out again they needed to charge her card extra so I decided to report the scams website here her card information was taken

Found an add on Facebook for torrid clearance. They had plus size for about $5 really good deal. I paid with my debit card. I tracked the package. It said it delivered. The next day I reached out to the company. They said the mail said it delivered. The finally said they would remail the order. Again it said it delivered again I contacted stating I did not receive. They said they would refund 70% of my money. I have not received anything

Facebook ad appeared with Torrid logo and welcome to spring sale. I thought I had purchased from Torrid when the email from Wmtree with order confirmation was sent. I received a tracking number for HYD China and it took 30.5 days from purchase to show as "delivered. The package was never received. When I contacted the local US postal service, they said the number showed it was with DHL. I called DHL and they said they had no such package. The originating shipper was HYD China Express, but I had no way to contact them directly. I saw that this website was flagged as a scam and called my bank to cancel the purchase. The phone number associated with the transaction/business matched the one from other victims.

I ordered some clothing items from two different websites both ending up being yes the same website or claiming to be the same distributors they sent me a couple emails back when I complained about it they were saying to be running a very short time with clearance they have a timer up in the corner you have a short amount of time to purchase the clothes at a discounted price. Then they claim to give you time because it's coming from out of the country sent me a tracker and tracking numbers and everything. It's been over 3 months and I haven't received anything but they took my moneyy right away one of the sites is torrid the other one it was like faith-based to Mom t shirts. They have since stopped responding and I never received anything.
