I purchased some clothes advertised as Torrid on facebook. Purchased them and contacted them after a month of waiting only to be told my package was delivered suddenly but could not tell me who or where. I asked for a refund through email and on May 11th they said I would get a full refund. I still have not seen the money. And now when I ask they send me a screen shot of words that say refund processed.
