Took money, gave inaccurate tracking, took extra funds and was caught. Then caught that website was taken town. Tracking was fraudulent. Then gave new tracking, refused to give refund. Then said package was delivered and signed, when asked for proof as we have cameras and an adult is home at day and no package was delivered and we showed evidence, they pack tracked and said it was lost. Then tried to offer 10% for not receiving products after being delayed 60 days. After 25 emails and not giving in they agreed to a full refund and its been 35 days and still no refund saying banks processing delays. My bank wont do anything either. I have over 50 emails and two tracking numbers and hope to stop others from getting scammed.
