The above statements were among other ads for powerless landline phones. This is fraud. I was sure I could have a phone that works when the power is out for weeks. Here in Louisiana, that's just a fact. Since community phone is advertising something that is unavailable.
I'm angry and expect this service be provided to me. This fraud is so bothersome because I had a plan for the next outtage. Come to find out, Community phone service is drawing in unsuspecting customers who pay 99 dollars (for an electric phone base).
