We regret to hear that You were not satisfied with the resolution of Your last inquiry.
However, We would like to draw Your attention to the fact that by visiting Aheademy and purchasing Services from it, You have accepted Terms of Service of Aheademy (accessible at: https://www.aheademy.com/terms-of-service) (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Service”). These Terms of Service apply to all Users of Aheademy and clearly explains all conditions and details (including prices) of Aheademy Service.
Considering what is stated above, You were refunded Your last payment in accordance with Clauses 8.2 and 8.4 of Terms of Service.
We at Aheademy care about Our Users so the Terms of Service are prepared in full accordance with the stipulations of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on the protection of consumers rights (hereinafter referred to as “Directive”).
Directive, under its Art. 6(1)(k) and 16(m), stipulates that withdrawal in respect of distance and off-premises contracts is not provided as regards the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
In addition to that Clause 2.2 of Terms of Service states that Aheademy emphasize that all Services are provided in digital form only, for that matter the Services shall be considered provided to the User from the moment when a particular digital content becomes available to the User. Moreover, Clause 4.5 describes that Agreeing to these Terms of Service, You confirm that you understand that the Services may not be refused once they are provided to You.
Aheademy considers You, Aheademy User, its most valued priority and providing You with more favourable guarantees than the relevant legal acts require, Aheademy has refunded Your last payment for Aheademy services. Unfortunately, We regret to inform You that due to existing regulation, we are not able to offer You a full refund for the services rendered.

Though this site is a scam and extremely dishonorable, it is possible they are using a legal means of scamming people and do not have to return the money. Please do anything you can to prevent other people from being taken advantage of. Thank you.
