I was contacted on WhatsApp by a potential buyer for my vehicle. The individual first used phone number +1 (587) 819-0442 and asked me for an "AV" vehicle history verification report. I indicated that there is a Carfax report available. I then blocked the number. Today, it appears to be the same person contacting me, using a different number (to get past my blocking), in which the person said that he was not interested in Carfax, but insisted that I go to another website: www.autocarvins.com, which he claimed "... has more option and detailed." I have now also blocked the +1 (647 498-9439 number.
