Said it took all payment options (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Stripe) but in the end it defaulted to a credit card.
Website bucohomes.com/order-tracking/ still shows my order as "processing"
Never got a confirmation email after ordering. Next day I emailed asking for confirmation. No answer. Couple days went by I emailed again, suspicious. They emailed back, once (see below)
I've emailed another 5 times no response.
The Tracking # they gave me wasn't my order. Bogus.
It's been 20 days and they said 10-12.
I raised a dispute regarding the transaction on my credit card with my bank.
