We ordered a cameo, which is a celebrity video giving a shoutout to a specific person you requested. We chose our nephew’s favorite football player and ordered it fo his Christmas gift. They were supposed to text it to us and email it within two weeks. We never received either. Then they charged us for it anyway. We’ve called and emailed with no response. We disputed it with our credit card company and they keep saying they sent it. Complete scam.
