I saw an ad shared on a reputable fitness page for a pro-massage kit used for recovery. I ordered and paid for the item. After not receiving any information and researching further, I found out that this website was formally operating under a different name selling the product also at a discounted price. No one ever received the product, but the purchases were charged. There is not a working phone number, when you try to call you get an invalid voicemail. There is no mailing address other than stating they are in Canada. No one responds to the support email given.
