I ordered 2 pairs of sandals for my Mom that she saw on Facebook April 20th, 2020. I was given a tracking number. I have been tracking every other day and they haven't even left China by the looks of it! Today is 05/13/2020. I really don't think she will ever see these sandals. My Mom is on a fixed income and this is disgraceful that this Company would do that. We have learned our lesson never to order anything from an advertisement on Facebook!

I received them and not only were they wide enough for 3 feet but had a toxic chemical smell. Company refused to refund

I ordered a pair of sandals for 40.00 + United States dollars. It took forever to receive them and when I did get them, they were the wrong size. The quality of these sandals is below acceptable. The soles are plastic, low quality, won't last long at all. Worst experience of my life. I will never again purchase anything from this company or Facebook. Buyer beware, not worth your money or time!

Fastdealy's business name is a Chinese owned fullfillment house in Californa. It is deceptive advertising not to put the country of origin where the product is made in and shipped from clearly stated on the order form. Once you place an order you can only cancel within 6 hours. It may take a week or more before the order is received and processed in China so you finally have a tracking number that shows the order (shoes ) are made in and shipped from China to the fulfillment house in California were it is then turned over to USPS after clearing customs. My order was placed on 3/26 and did not get delivered until 4/30 (35 days from date of purchase) I had the Post Office refuse the shipment and return it unopened to the sender. The shipment came in a cheap plastic mailing envelope not in a shoe box with id info about the shoes i.e. size, style, color or packaging to protect the shoes during shipping. I emailed the company numerous time to try and get some idea when to expect delivery and got no response until I was told the order was stuck in CA Customs on 4/26. Finally the order was delivered on 4/30. Fastdealy support has refused to credit my return because their policy only covers damage, wrong size/color and then you pay for the return shipping. This same shoe has shown up in other FB ads, for half of what I paid, with different companies but same scenarios of deceptive advertising. Shoes are made in China and distributed in the US via a fulfillment house. It is literally impossible to get restitution from these scamer store fronts. They need to be shut down from advertising on Face Book.

Agree with your complete statement. Cheap shoddy shoes! Don’t waste your time and money. Finally got mine. Size one to two larger. Hard plastic sole. Total rip-off. I was going to return but reading everyone’s opinion that’s a waste of time.

I ordered blue sandals on April 4th for $44.00, size 7 and I have not received them. I have inquired three times via email and when I call the line is always busy. I ordered them in hopes of receiving a produce that I wanted and am very disappointed I have not received the shoes. I will never order from them again because I feel I have lost my money.

Try to request your money back from the bank. State it was a scam. If enough ppl do this that is the only way to get some kind of resolution towards this company. What a joke they are!

Placed order for 2 pairs of sandals March 28. Almost immediately they responded my order was on the way. Everytime I inquired, again, my order was on the way. FINALLY received the package stuffed in my mailbox May 1st. Materials a scant bit sturdier than paper mache and these "sandals" are wide enough to fit an EXTRA WIDE foot loosely. I am pretty agitated and pissed off right now. Money too hard to come by.

Same experience and denied refund so i asked my credit card company to reverse charges

You took money from old lady, how leaves on her retirement money. I was looking for comfortable shoes for my old foot, I would need my money back, so where should I make a complaint about that ?

I have an order of sneakers for $119.87 and the order number is 3326459-FD . I have not received a tracking number as yet and haven’t heard anything on my order. I had placed the order on Feb.12/2020

Ordered sandals from advertising ad seen on Facebook. Ordered July 7, 2019 and received order on July 22, 2019.

Paid 34.99 plus shipping fee of 4.99 and paid on my credit card. When I received the sandals they were too small and when I tried to return, I had to return them to Viet Nam which I would have incurred the shipping cost of $20.50 to

return for exchange or refund. I was NOT aware that these sandals were being shipped from China and to return I would have to return overseas. I was NOT aware that these sandals were being shipped from overseas and that I was NOT dealing with an United States company when I ordered. I have no other recourse than to keep the sandals which I cannot wear or unable to return because of high cost of return shipping. This is a scam when the buyer is NOT informed when purchasing that these sandals are being shipped from China/Viet Nam.
